We’re currently looking for a Business Development Supervisor (CMO)

Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical and Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience of min. 4 years in business development within the pharma industry is essential.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving business development targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Being team player and solution oriented
• Excellent command of English and MS Office programs (Excel is a must)
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners,
• Actively seek and engage potential customers through networking, and attending industry events.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in pharma, including market analysis, competitor assessment, and customer needs assessment.
• Conduct research on potential customers, including their needs and challenges
• Collaborate with the commerical operation supply chain and finance teams to create compelling proposals and deliver impactful presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers to secure new business opportunities.
• Analyze existing contracts and negotiate to adjust them as needed.
• Stay up to date with pharma trends, developments, and technological advancements
• Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on business development activities and progress toward targets.
