QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The role of the head of the sales support department is to provide comprehensive support to the Retail Sales Director and retail sales management in terms of internal and external document flow, analysis of sales results and the formation of plans for future periods, preparation of reports and presentation materials, coordination of joint meetings and events of this business area of ??the company.


Job description

  • Formation and management of a department for conducting analytical work, preparing reports, statistics, document flow and financial support for the retail sales business.
  • Conducting a detailed analysis of the results of retail sales of the business area, forming plans for future periods, identifying promising areas for development and improving the commercial performance of the business.
  • Preparing station reports for the commercial department for quarterly meetings with partners.
  • Maintaining a register of contracts. Coordinating the signing of contracts and monitoring their terms and conditions
  • Generating mandatory reports for internal and external use, interaction with the head office in Moscow
  • Maintaining a register of receivables, interaction with Regional Managers and Territorial Managers on the issue of repayment of these debts.
  • Preparation of presentation materials on the results of the business area and further development plans.
  • Preparation and generation of documents on changes to the work of departments (memos) for submission to the company management for approval.
  • Preparation of documentation for external and internal audits of the company.
  • Control and sorting of incoming correspondence. Checking mail at the reception on a daily basis, sorting and redistributing between recipients.
  • Organization of official meetings and visits of the unit. Resolution and coordination of general issues: corporate expenses of department employees, internal vacation planning, and so on.
  • Conducting protocol meetings, tracking deadlines for their implementation. Data archiving.


General Qualifications

  • Higher education (preferably in economics or finance),
  • Experience in the analytical and financial sphere for at least 5 years.
  • Language skills: Russian, Turkish, English
  • Experience in personnel management.
  • Good communication skills.
