QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Duty Manager to join our Front Office team and oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and seamless service at our luxury hotel.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Front Office or supervisory role in a five-star international hotel

• Fluent in English and the local language (both written and spoken)

• Additional languages (such as Russian or German) are an advantage

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Excellent guest service and communication skills

• Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera/Fidelio PMS preferred)

• Solid knowledge of hotel operations, policies, and procedures

• Ability to handle guest complaints and operational challenges with professionalism

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest interactions

• Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling special requests and resolving issues efficiently

• Monitor room inventory, occupancy levels, and reservation status to optimize revenue and guest satisfaction

• Ensure the proper handling of financial transactions, including payments, deposits, and reconciliations

• Supervise and support Front Office team members, providing training and guidance when needed

• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience

• Conduct daily briefings and shift handovers, ensuring all relevant information is communicated

• Monitor and uphold brand standards, guest service protocols, and operational procedures

• Handle emergency situations, security incidents, and crisis management as required

• Assist in VIP guest arrangements, ensuring personalized and exceptional service

• Prepare daily reports and operational summaries for senior management

• Continuously seek ways to enhance guest experiences and improve operational efficiency
