QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Apera Health Group, a leading international healthcare provider specializing in aesthetic surgeries, obesity operations, and hair transplantation, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth in English-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with prospective clients, particularly in English-speaking countries, to promote Apera Clinic's range of services.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with comprehensive information about our treatments and services.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with business goals and client needs.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical tourism industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Cultural Competence: Ability to work effectively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as required.
