Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in managing customer orders from inception to fulfillment, ensuring technical specifications meet client needs and maintaining excellent customer relationships through proactive communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire order process, including receipt, confirmation, and technical evaluation of orders.

Prepare and ensure accuracy of order confirmations.

Assess technical requirements of orders to ensure compliance with customer specifications.

Monitor and manage delivery schedules and communicate timely updates to customers.

Handle all commercial aspects related to orders, including terms of sale, shipping details, and post-sales support.

Maintain detailed records of all orders and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure seamless order execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, is essential.

Autocad exprience is a plus 

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex technical details.

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Proficient in MS Office.
