QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Heinemann, experienced in the operation of TAV Airports and tax-free sales outlets, with a forward vision of the modern airport operations. We are looking for a “Seasonal Sales and Payment Consultant” to work betweenApril -October, with the following qualifications, for our operation atAntalya Airport.

General Qualifications:

  •  Associate degree/bachelor's degree graduate or currently studying at a university
  •  Fluent in English
  •  Preferably experienced in cash transactions and sales processes
  •  Developed communication skills and team-oriented
  •  Capability to solve problems
  •  Ability to work fast and dynamically
  •  Customer-focused and developed representation skills
  •  Being able to adapt to shift work system

Job Description:

  •  Providing customers with quick and professional sales service
  •  Performing cash transactions in accordance with the rules and without errors
  •  Following customer feedback and communicating it to the relevant units
  •  Regularly checking the products at the cash desk and making necessary replenishments
  •  Ensuring product security within the store, arranging sales slips completely and delivering them to customers

Preferred Candidate

1 - 15 years of experience
Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt, Delayed
English(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
