We are seeking a "Senior Information Systems Specialist" to be assigned in our Antalya operation.
General Qualifications
- Graduated from Computer Engineering or Informatics/Engineering Faculties of universities
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledgeable about handheld terminals, has performed installation configuration on mobile devices on IOS and Android operating systems (Mail, Application, etc.)
- Experienced in backup & restore issues, knowledgeable about SAP Systems (preferably experienced in SAP R3 and SAP HANA)
- Knowledgeable about IP Cameras and CCTV monitoring systems, experienced with related storages
- Experienced in Windows 11 Operating Systems, Active Directory Domain User/Computer operations
- Has experience in installing and managing any Microsoft or 3rd party application/system company-wide
- Knowledgeable about Microsoft Windows server systems and Microsoft services (Server 2016/2022 MS AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Certificate Server, MS SQL)
- Knowledgeable about installation and management of VMWare, Hyper-V virtualization platforms
- Provided end-user support (preferably worked in help desk units)
- At least B1 level English language knowledge (B2 is preferred)
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented
- Adopted proactive work approach, detail-oriented and active
- Developed troubleshooting and problem-solving competency
- Preferably knowledgeable and experienced about sales systems in the Retail sector
- Able to work in shift system
Job Description
- To solve the problems encountered on the computers, printers, and networks used by the users and provide training to the users when necessary.
- To analyze the needs of the system, to make suggestions to the related unit manager about the techniques to be used
- To follow the technological developments regularly, to prevent the sales from being affected by the new technologies.
- Providing installation/configuration support in the areas of computer, Camera, LCD Digital Screens, Cash Sales systems, etc. during new store opening processes and internal company projects.
- Producing root solutions for recurring problems in the system.
- Performing operations related to backup and restore systems for servers and end users.
- Providing support to the CCTV team regarding IP cameras and security systems and performing installations.
- Offering installation/configuration support in areas such as computer cameras, LCD digital displays, cash register systems, etc. during new facility processes and company projects.
