Benesta HQ is located in Istanbul/Acıbadem and we are looking for savvy "Marketing Executive" responsible for crafting our brand strategy and generate leads on a global scale across all channels driving the company’s growth. 

General Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency: An understanding and articulation in the English language at a highly advanced level.
• Passion for innovation: Keen on grasping how campaigns emotionally engage and resonate with individuals.
• Research and interest in new technologies: Shows a keen interest in learning and understanding technologies related to marketing, including augmented reality (AR) and artificial intelligence (AI).
• Brand Representation: Willing to connect with and represent our brand with at least the same level of passion as we hold.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: To design and implement creative and innovative marketing strategies that align with the identity of the luxury real estate brand. Continuously analyze market trends and consumer behavior to guide such strategies.
• Brand Management: To develop and maintain a strong brand image across all communication channels by creating a consistent brand message.
• Digital Marketing: To maximize online visibility and engagement through SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and other digital media.
• Content Management: To produce and manage high-quality marketing materials such as website content, blog posts, brochures, and social media content.
• Event Management: To organize special client events, launch parties, community engagement activities, and integrate them with the brand.
• Partnerships and PR: To create strategic partnerships with other luxury brands, influencers and showcase our projects across various media.
