Meet the following qualifications to be considered for the R&D Researcher position within the R&D Department of our company, which is one of the leading companies in its sector,

• MSc or PhD degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related fields of universities,
• Preferably +2 years of experience in the FMGC,
• Excellent have a problem solving skills and crisis management,
• Have decision-making and problem-solving skills,
• Strong and effective communication skills and being able to easily adapt to different disciplines,
• Able to take on leadership roles and a team player,
• Have strong work ethics and ethical values,
• Have strategic and analytical thinking skills,
• Ablity to keep up with intense work tempo,
• Fluently in English,
• Residing/able to reside in Adana,
• No restriction to travel,
• For male candidates, having completed their military service.

Responsibilities

•        Complying with department activities and plans according to the company's goals,
•        Ensuring that projects are carried out on time by coordinating the resources and activities required to achieve their goals,
•        Following world trends and new technologies and creating new opportunities by applying them to products,
•        Participating in scientific congresses, conferences and workshops,
•        attending project work Tubitak, EU etc.
•        Contributing to cost reduction efforts and making suggestions,
•        Developing or assisting in the development of new analysis methods when necessary.
