QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
Bomonti Arjaan by Rotana is looking for a reliable and hands-on IT Officer to support and manage our IT systems. This role ensures the smooth operation of all hardware, software, and network infrastructure across the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
Provide day-to-day IT support for all team members
Monitor and implement IT security measures
Work closely with other departments to understand and support their IT needs
Keep up with technology trends and recommend system improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
Good understanding of IT systems, networking, and security
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Good communication skills to support non-technical users
