Job Description

• Evaluate design concepts, identify strengths and weaknesses, and propose solutions.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and propose improvements to testing processes.
• Mitigate technical risks through risk analysis and preventive actions with DRBFM and FMEA tools.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing and enhancing technical processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines.
• Contribute to technical discussions, offering insights and recommendations.
• Inspire innovation and intellectual property creation within the team.
• Train team members on engineering practices and best practices.
• Track and improve the maturity of engineering processes within the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Extensive experience (at least 3 years) in product development and engineering review processes.
• Strong understanding of combustion science, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
• Proficiency in technical risk analysis methodologies such as DRBFM and FMEA.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, result oriented in highly agile environment.
• Advanced English level.
• Able to work within international project teams with very good communication skills.
