To continue our growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Engineer for our Iron-Steel Technologies department. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the steel manufacturing industries. The product portfolio includes oxygen lance holders, safety valves, torch cutting, scarfing, preheating, various industrial equipments for the steel manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve Sales Targets: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in both the steel and gas industries.
• Expand Customer Portfolio: Identify new customers and revive relationships with former clients across the steel industry.
• Identify New Opportunities: Discover new customer and application potentials within the steel industries.
• Customer Visits: Conduct weekly visits to clients to maintain relationships and identify needs.
• Present Company and Products: Introduce our company and products to generate inquiries and interest.
• Follow-Up on Quotations: Systematically follow up on quotations provided to customers.
• Sales Activity Reporting: Report all sales activities, customer visits, and market developments.
• Manage Sales Process: Oversee the sales process from order to delivery, including payment and after-sales support, collaborating with internal departments as necessary.
• Provide Technical Support: Offer on-site technical service when required.

Your Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in sales of steel manufacturing technologies.
• Education: University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or a related field.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English for regular contact with customers and suppliers; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Travel Availability: Willingness to travel extensively without restrictions.
• Driver's License: Class B driving license.
• Military Service: Must be completed (applicable for male candidates).
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient with MS Office and CRM applications.
• Motivation: Highly motivated with a willingness to learn.
• Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Teamwork and Independence: Capable of planning independently while also working effectively in a team.
