Environment Manager (Hendek & Sapanca)

Job Description :

• Responsible from both Hendek and Sapanca factories.

• Lead, organize and well managed of Water Resources, Water Procesing, Wastewater agendas of the Factories.

• Develop and design of the factories Scope 1-2 journey in accordance with 2030 goals.

• Establish and leading of ISO14001, ISO50001 practice and other Danone and local audit and certification programmes.

• Oversee field practice and make development program for hazardous.

• Maintain management information systems that identify the location of hazardous and complaint investigations.

• Develop and recommend solutions to eliminate pollution and environmental hazards.

• Design and implement effective employee and site training programs.

• Implement spill prevention programs and hazardous waste regulations.

• Develop and performing advance environmental operation model for each factory.

• Factories KPI follow up and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Chemical or Industrial engineering.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

• Aptitude to solve problems quickly with advanced conflict resolution skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Turkish & English )

• Outstanding analytical abilities.

• Fluent speaking (English)
