GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Educational Requirements:

·                Associate degree or higher, with a preference for majors in restaurant management, hotel management, or related fields.

Experience Requirements:

·                At least 5 years of restaurant management experience.

·                Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

Job Responsibilities:

·                Responsible for Quality Control of Dishes and Kitchen Hygiene Inspection

·                Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth functioning.

·                Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

·                Develop employee work schedules and shift plans to ensure efficient team operations.

·                Ensure high levels of customer service, handle customer complaints and issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

·                Manage the restaurant's budget and financial reports, control costs to maximize profitability.

·                Ensure the restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations, conduct regular inspections and maintenance.

·                Participate in the formulation and execution of marketing and promotion plans to enhance brand awareness.

·                Handle daily administrative tasks and coordinate relationships with suppliers and government agencies.

Skills Requirements:

Customer Service Skills:

·                Excellent customer service skills, capable of handling customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

·                Establish and maintain good customer relationships to enhance the customer experience.

Communication Skills:

·                Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and suppliers.

·                Clearly convey information and instructions to ensure smooth team collaboration.

Organizational and Time Management Skills:

·                Effectively organize and manage time, handling multiple tasks.

·                Prioritize work tasks to ensure efficient completion.

Financial Management Skills:

·                Basic knowledge of financial management, able to prepare budgets and control costs.

·                Analyze financial data to optimize operating costs and increase profitability.

Problem-Solving Skills:

·                Strong problem-solving skills, able to make quick and effective decisions in emergency situations.

·                Analyze root causes of problems and develop and implement solutions.

Technical Skills:

·                Familiar with restaurant management software and office software.

·                Proficient in the operation and maintenance of modern restaurant equipment.
