Supply Chain Executive

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Supply Chain Executive to join your team and support the optimization of inventory operations. This individual will play a key role in executing demand planning activities, supporting the S&OP process, and ensuring end-to-end supply performance in a dynamic, SKU-heavy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory and demand planning using Slim4 or similar tools
• Monitor supply flows, identify issues, and take proactive action
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Procurement, Logistics and others
• Generate insightful reports to support data-driven decision-making
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and related business processes, with a focus on digitalization if needed
• Support S&OP cycles and ensure alignment across departments
• Maintain and enhance supplier relationships with a focus on performance

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Education: BSc / MSc degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or other engineering disciplines
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in inventory management, demand forecasting, and supply chain operations in complex, high-SKU environments
• Technical Skills:
  • Experience with inventory and demand planning
  • Familiarity with Slim4 or similar supply chain planning tools
  • Proficient in Excel and ERP systems
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for process improvement
  • Excellent reporting and communication capabilities
  • Ability to manage and optimize complex supplier relationships
  • Open, direct, and collaborative communication style
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with teams including Procurement, Logistics, Sales and others
  • “Can do” attitude with ownership mindset
• Language: Fluent in English (verbal & written)
