QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (preferably Industrial Engineering),
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, and organizational skills,
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with effective communication,
• No travel restrictions,
• Preferably residing in Denizli.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

We are looking for a Production Planning Engineer for our corrugated board and packaging plant in Denizli. The selected candidate will be responsible for: 

• Developing and maintaining production schedules in alignment with customer demands,
• Optimizing resource utilization and minimizing lead times based on demand,
• Managing the corrugator plan,
• Closely collaborating with production teams to ensure smooth execution of production plans and resolving any bottlenecks,
• Planning and reporting the master production schedule considering capacity constraints, line loading, and customer order deadlines,
• Coordinating with Procurement to ensure material availability,
• Monitoring production progress and revising plans and dispatch dates when necessary,
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Sales, and Production, to align with overall business objectives,
• Participating in local and regional projects,
• Taking part in inventory counting activities (periodic and year-end counts) and internal & external audits.
