Qualifications:

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Maintenance Departments in plants. 
• Experience in cold-forming molds and completed projects is preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Continually develop oneself and support others to grow for better performance and to reach their full potential.
• Communicate with openness, clarity, organizational awareness, and empathy to achieve the desired results.

Job Description:

• Developing periodic maintenance plans (including cold-forming molds and fixtures).
• Enhancing the quality of professional maintenance activities and reporting outcomes.
• Coaching the Maintenance Team to improve technical skills.
• Ensuring the prevention of unplanned downtime.
• Overseeing the maintenance of cold-forming dies.
• Planning professional maintenance for welding fixtures.
• Supervising critical spare parts stock.
• Managing maintenance spare parts warehouse.
• Conducting fault analysis and implementing improvement studies.

We are looking for a teammate who will work as a "Mechanical Maintenance Engineer" to be assigned to DEZEGA SP.

DEZEGA is a world designer and manufacturer of breathing equipment with a closed circuit. It produces breathing apparatus on chemically bound and compressed oxygen for mine rescue teams, for escape of miners and workers, for escape of civilians in case of fire and smoke. Nowadays DEZEGA products are being used in more than 50 countries. Over 500 thousand self-rescuers are guarding miners worldwide this very moment.
