QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields (preferably Master degree in Marketing),
- Min. 4-5 years working experience in Marketing in FMCG,
- Fluent in English,
- Eager to learn, passionate for our brands,
- Result oriented with excellent analytical and decision making skills to go beyond the targets,
- Business mindset with a good understanding of Marketing & Commercial mix,
- Colloborative & diversity focused,
- Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to influence people to foster change,
- Accountable for decision making, expert in designing strategy and vision,
- Strong Digital & offline media understanding,
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Building the brand strategy & communication plan with a 360 approach,
- Analyzing consumer insight & managing market research studies, decide & propose the strategy accordingly,
- Execute the holistic marketing plan, product launch, communication and manage the yearly budget accordingly,
- Maintain a deep understanding of the brand’s target audience and competitive landscape,
- Analyzing market data closely working with Nielsen, tracking competition and implement execution strategy coordinating with Trade Marketing & Sales teams,
- Develop and drive all aspects of marketing strategy to increase brand equity,
- Understand the global guidelines, eager to learn and benefit by following them throughout the local strategy,
- Coordinate with the product development team to ensure new products align with brand values and customer needs,
- Consolidate inputs from media, closely working and managing the media agency for an optimized media planning,
- Manage the agency partners in colloboration with them & cascade the inputs to results & outputs,
- Analyze the performance of brand campaigns and activities, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
