R&D Engineer - Karaman

Döhler Turkey is looking for a " R&D Engineer " to be employed in our Karaman Plant with the following qualifications;

Your Role:

•       Carrying out new product development activities in the health&nutrition sector,
•       Gaining experience in the full cycle of development, from idea to product and conceptual design,
•       Monitoring market trends and new technologies, and adapting accordingly,
•       Supporting article and paper publication processes,
•       Managing digital workflows and ensuring smooth progress of related tasks,
•       Participating in product release processes and first production runs in facilities,
•       Conducting and overseeing all quality control analyses during product development,
•       Performing and monitoring shelf-life tests for product formulations,
•       Collaborating with Business Units through regular meetings and creating actionable business plans to address current issues,
•       Demonstrating a solid understanding of market and customer needs.

Your Profile:

•       Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Food or Chemical Engineering,
•       Up-to-date with industry innovations and trends,
•       Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus,
•       Experience in article and paper publications (preferred),
•       Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
