Since its inception in 1993, DXN has upheld its concept of 'One Dragon One World One Market and One Mind'. For DXN Turkey, our Turkey branch located in Istanbul since 2016, we are looking for a young, enthusiastic “Finance Specialist” within the following qualifications.

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the management accounts and collecting financial information for analysis and planning purposes.
• Provide support to Finance for completion of internal and external audit/tax, reporting/government returns & local compliances
• Establish, maintain, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal control systems, to safeguard assets and operations
• Assist the management in an ad-hoc project which requires financial input
• To ensure timely reporting of Financial Statements to HQ(Malaysia)
• Make sure the company is complying with the applicable tax law/company law and regulation,
• Make timely payment for daily expenses, tax payment and members bonus payout,
• Effective solving on accounting problems and discrepancies, by closely coordinating with Country Manager, External Accountant and HQ Finance,
• Manage the accounting team.

Requirements: 

• Graduated from related departments of university,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the area,
• Good command in English
• Good team player and able to work independently under tight timelines
• Strong knowledge in Accounting Standarts and Income Tax Acts
• Analytical, accurate and able to work with minimum supervision
• Good commitment to tasks and have the sense of urgency in completion of tasks assigned.
