Job Description:

We are looking for a fluent English-speaking candidate to work in foreign and domestic trade, sales operations, and order tracking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring the entire order process, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth communication with customers. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive approach to handling export processes and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end export and sales operations processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams (planning, machining) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve any issues related to orders, shipments, or customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and present Sales Operations and Foreign Trade reports, to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in international trade, sales operations, or export management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, incoterms, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
