One of the most important factors that enable us to grow continuously is our successful teamwork. We are looking for a new co-worker who will join us as R&D Specialist in our EGGER Gebze Plant. 

What do we expect from our new team member? 

• Carrying out R&D projects and R&D Center activities,
• Conducting hands-on trials in the laboratory and production units both individually and in teams with different competencies, 

• Bringing and adopting new technologies, 
• Conducting researches both theoretically and practically, 
• Developing alternative materials and technologies and taking responsibility for the product development,
• Documenting and evaluating the data scientifically, 
• Formulating and developing new products based on the needs of the global market, 
• Collaborating with different technical experts in various industries, 
• Optimizing the cost and performance balance, 

What we are looking for? 

• BSc/MSc degree in Chemistry,  Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science and Technology,
• 1-3 years working experience in the field is an asset,
• R&D Center experience is an asset,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (Interviews conducted in English),
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), 
• Curious, self-motivated with business mind-set and high energy, 
• Problem solving competency and eager to learn,
• Strong communication skills and taking active role as a team member and/or team leader on the projects, 
• No travel restrictions.
