Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field
• Min. 7 years professional experience in Recruitment process,
• Knowledge and relevant experience in assessment tools (p. g. structured based interviews, Assessment Center practices, personality tests),
• Advanced level in English both spoken and written,
• Good practice in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP HR module,
• Positive relationship skills, creative/innovative, customer oriented, organization & planning skills, strong communication skills.

Job Descriptions

• Working closely with line managers on resource planning and recruitment process
• Creating job profiles, requisition and determination of recruiting channels,
• Contribute to develop and implement the regional HR strategy to achieve the targets defined for the HR area cross-functionally and internationally
• Ensure compliance with the global and regional HR policies, regulations, instruments and governance as well as labor legislation and collective labor agreements
• Coordinate the development, implementation and communication of new concepts for the qualitative and quantitative staffing for securing staff capacities in the long term
• Close cooperation with local and global HRBPs
• Lead or participate in HR projects
