QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly motivated Export Sales Specialist to join our team. The Export Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in international markets, as well as managing existing client relationships. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the electricity and lighting sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive overseas market research to identify lucrative opportunities and emerging trends.

• Analyze target markets thoroughly, adapting strategies in response to evolving market dynamics.

• Develop and execute strategic sales promotions aimed at acquiring new customers and boosting sales within designated target markets.

• Coordinate and facilitate market visits to engage with key stakeholders and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Utilize keen market insight to observe and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors.

• Take proactive measures to achieve predetermined annual sales targets, while staying attuned to customer demands and reporting them on a regular basis.

• Ensure the realization of sales targets for relevant customers and dealerships within assigned countries of responsibility.

• Execute sales activities within the designated region to achieve annual sales objectives and drive revenue growth.

• Prepare and deliver insightful sales reports for the assigned region on a periodic basis, highlighting key performance metrics and actionable insights.

• Provide regular updates to the Export Manager, reporting on sales performance, market trends, and strategic developments on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.


Qualifications:

• Graduates of Universities’ Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Engineering and similar departments.

• Preferably with experience in sectors such as electricity, lighting, hardware materials.

• Min. 3 years of export experience.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Turkish, along with either English or Russian. Knowledge of an additional foreign language (especially French or Arabic) is considered an advantage.

• Ready to visit customers all around the world periodically and sometimes instantly.

• Customer oriented mindset with good negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Self-motivated to follow-up existing customers and develop new business.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and sales oriented.

• Good team worker, result-oriented. Ability to work independently and take advanced responsibilities.

• Good user of MS Office programs.

• No military obligation for male candidates.
