QUALIFICATIONS

·         University degree in Chemical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering

·         1-2 years of experience in production 

·         Knowledge of the Quality Criteria

·         Fluency in both written and spoken in English

·         High level of communication and interpersonal skills

·         No military obligation for the male candidates

·         Having time management skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Process Engineer is included in the Gebze Plant Team, located in Turkey to provide optimization, innovation and support to the production of ACE bleach in full synergy with the local Operation Team. In this role you will:

- Responsible for ensuring and maintaining the accuracy of raw material and finished product quality records.

- Responsible for establishing and maintaining standards.

- Responsible for owning and managing DDS meetings.

- Responsible for managing RTT for their lines and areas of responsibility.

- Responsible for achieving targeted business results (PR/ MTBF/ Unplanned Downtime/ MPS/ M&R)

- Owns all the results of the line.

- Contributes to increasing capability in the organization.

- Establishes open and healthy relationships within the team.

- Contributes to the creation and management of the Line Masterplan

- Follows new technologies and makes application studies in the area he/she is responsible for when applicable.

- Continuously shares information with other factories.

- Follows the competencies of the people in the lines and areas they are responsible for and ensures their continuous development.

- Should spend most of his/her time in the production area

- Ensures compliance with operational standards, safety and order in the area of responsibility.

- Ensures control of critical daily management systems.

- Participates in DDS meetings, including shift handover meeting.

- Plans actions and management of operational loss analyses

- Communicates with other resources across the factory to achieve results

- Hosts Pillars across the Department or Factory.

- Ensures the development of people through effective onboarding, training and coaching.

- Increases the effectiveness of line teams.

- Improves himself/herself by participating in corporate or external trainings.

- Monitors the line boards.

- Uses IWS tools to eliminate losses in the line.
