We serve with close to 800 stores and over 14,000 employees.

 Which tasks is the "FLO Brand Marketing Executive" responsible for at FLO?

  • Own and roll out the global brand strategy,
  • Understand business needs, transform data & consumer insights into strategies and adapt to the business inline with new trends in the countries,
  • Bring outside in and develop 360 marketing plans, analyze & evaluate brand performance by closely monitoring the local and global competition,
  • Execute the holistic marketing plan, annual budget and communication plans,
  • Manage the launches and event activations inline with the calender,
  • Work closely with internal cross functional teams in collaboration,
  • Lead brand planning & campaign management process, coordinate the agencies both in ATL and BTL inline with the campaign calender
  • Brief the agencies, the design delivery and insights team as well as the media team to collate campaign results across channels
  • Prepare the annual online and offline campaign calender and follow up the, performance of the campaigns via post analysis to improve the ROI,
  • Share results and opportunities with the wider business in order to maintain focus on the plan
  • Analyze and develop strategies from consumer researches on the performance, image and communication evaluations,
  • Plan and execute with the trade marketing team unique and unrivalled trade support plans.

  • If you are bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related field,
  • If you are 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, & campaign planning and management positions in both offline and online retail company,
  • If you are knowledge of budget planning and multi - agency (creative and social media) management experience in identifying creative solutions in line with the brand communication plan,
  • If you have organization and leadership skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise,
  • If you have understanding of the customer marketing, omni-channel and loyalty landscape,
  • If you are superior communication and presentation skills,
  • If you are commercial and strategic point of view,
  • If you are ability to interpret various customer insights, strong creative,
  • If you are strong analytical and conceptual skills,
  •  If you are curious, insight driven, has a growth mindset, flexible thinking,
  • If you are ability to take agile actions, act as growth hacker,
  • If you are a visionary marketing professional with a strong and authentic business sense and the real desire to achieve targets,
  • If you are fluency in English,
  • If you have Proficiency in MS Office,

How does the recruitment process work at FLO?
