Production Engineer

To be assigned to our factory located in Beylikdüzü Region of our company, which operates in the Automotive Electrical Systems sector and has 100% German capital; 

Qualifications:

• Graduated from relevant engineering departments of universities,
• Can speak English or German at an advanced level,
• Has 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the automotive sector,
• Knowledgeable about automotive cable electrical systems,
• Knowledgeable about IATF 16949 quality system,
• Proficient in MS-Office programs,
• Has high communication skills and is prone to teamwork,
• Has completed military service for male candidates.

 Responsibilities:

• To ensure that the processes under his/her responsibility are produced in the desired quality, quantity and time in accordance with the production plans,
• To develop production processes with a continuous improvement perspective,
• To make regular reports on production activities,
• To ensure that the team he/she supervises works in accordance with the production instructions,
• To lead the solution of problems encountered during production and report them to the relevant managers,
• To act in accordance with occupational health and safety rules and to be an example to the team.
