Qualifications:

• Preferably a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or faculty of Communication,
• Over 5 years of experience in CRM Campaign Management, SEO, and performance marketing,
• Proficiency in using Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms,
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and Google Analytics dashboards,
• Have Strong analytical thinking skills and a result-oriented working habit,
• Ability to follow marketing trends and implement innovations,
• Good communication and teamwork skills,
• Residing in Istanbul or Antalya.
  

Tasks:

• Implementing strategies/campaigns in coordination with digital marketing agencies and ensuring the effective use of performance channels,
• Effective use of data analysis and optimization tools,
• Effective management of SEO and SEM agencies,
• Enhancing the user experience on the website, developing strategies to increase user conversion rates, and implementing remarketing and growth management strategies,
• Managing Affiliate Marketing networks,
• Following digital marketing trends, identifying new opportunities, and integrating them into strategies,
• Analyzing and segmenting customer data to identify target groups for direct marketing activities,
• Developing action plans suitable for segmentation, determining campaign tools (email, web push, etc.), preparing content, and implementing campaigns,
• Analyzing customer data and channels to determine new campaign actions,
• Identifying, planning, and developing the needs of the loyalty program,
• Analyzing new opportunities to improve the customer experience and defining the strategy,
• Defining strategies for acquiring new customers, reducing customer churn, increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty, and ensuring coordination with relevant teams to take necessary actions,
• Monitoring the needs related to the CRM system of the Service Center, making improvements, and enhancing efficiency through reporting.
