QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Select new collection decors considering global and local market demands.
- Attend trade fairs and visit designers, architects, furniture manufacturers, and customers to track industry trends.
- Prepare trend presentations and reports.
- Manage coordination with suppliers and collaborate on new décor designs.
- Contribute to the product roadmap and lifecycle stages, conduct competitor analyses, and assist in shaping brand and product strategy.
- Support budget planning and marketing plans.
- Develop training materials and informative content for internal teams, subsidiaries, and distributors.
- Review visual designs from agencies and provide feedback or creative briefings when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or Industrial Design.
- Strong understanding of design trends and market dynamics.
- Experience in product management, design, or marketing-related roles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
