Duties and Responsibilities:

As Junior Financial Operations Specialist, your role will involve:

• Executing a range of operational tasks, including but not limited to system maintenance, business continuity efforts, business development and customer relationship management, all aimed at ensuring smooth business operations and superior customer interactions.
• Managing and addressing daily client requests, in close collaboration with IT, Treasury, and Backoffice teams to ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction.
