We are seeking for suitable qualified ' Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Chief in our multinational company.

Job Description:

• To manage HSE trainings and HSE culture activities.
• To follow all legal regulations and requirements to update company procedures, instructions and practices in accordance with these regulations and to revise the practices accordingly.
• To investigate the cause of work-related accidents, first aid, near misses and risks; to take precautions and prevent risks
• To ensure the implementation of environmental impact assessment, waste management and other legal environmental regulations on site
• To create effective emergency response plan, to train workforce and to coordinate test plans on defined frequency and to validate emergency action plan
• To perform scheduled audits and keep records and to follow up decisions /actions that are taken
• Ensuring that all operations-specific health & safety and environmental risks are identified, and appropriate risk management plans are in place
• Coordinate and verify improvement plans and corrective actions
• Regularly conduct site safety assessments/audits including tracking and reporting corrective action status
• Provide technical guidance to employees regarding environmental, health and safety-related issues or concerns, and regulatory compliance
• Lead (responsible for) the ISO 9001, 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications of our Integrated Management System

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience required in manufacturing sectors 
• A or B Class Safety Specialist Certificate 
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety and health management
• Presentational skills with the ability to influence others to effect change in a positive manner
• Excellent communication skills with solid teamwork ability
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Excellent command of English (reportings and meetings will be in English)
