QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Who We Are:


We are Heal22 Group Health Trade Inc., one of the leading companies in the field of International Health Tourism in Turkey. We are currently looking for a Health Consultant Customer Representative to work in our Istanbul (Şişli) office for our Heal22 brand.




Job Description: Speaks English


Communicate with potential customers who want to undergo procedures in the field of health tourism, provide information about Heal22's products and services, and make sales based on customer needs.


Handle phone and email traffic from Heal22 teams, customers, and partners regarding the transactions and packages sold by Heal22, resolve issues/requests, create necessary records, and forward them to relevant parties.


Work towards achieving sales targets.


Respond to pre-sales and post-sales customer requests promptly within the framework of procedures and rules to enhance customer satisfaction.


Contribute to the development of business processes by working in coordination with team members and other departments.


Ensure complete, timely, and accurate data entry into the CRM system.


Conduct effective sales by analyzing customer needs accurately in sales activities.


Answer incoming calls related to products/services and make customer calls.


Compensation includes a fixed salary, commission, transportation allowance, and meal allowance.




Qualifications:


Preferably, at least one (2) year of experience in the healthcare sector or call center sales operations.


Speaks Romanian, Spanish and Italian


Energetic and aiming for a successful career in a dynamic environment, self-confident, dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated.


Ability to conduct sales over the phone.


Strong communication, persuasion, and analytical skills.


Able to work in a planned and results-oriented manner, with a developed analytical mindset.


Interested in keeping up with technological developments and enjoys research.


Team player, proactive thinker, and responsible.


Proficient in English


Proficient in MS Office and capable of using different CRM systems effectively.


Disciplined and able to fully comply with working hours.
