We are looking for a Lawyer to join our Law team in our Istanbul Maslak office!

The Experience We Want From You

• Graduated from law school, preferably has a master's degree,
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the field,
• Knowledge and experience in contract law and commercial law,
• Fluent in English (drafting and negotiating contracts)
• Prone to teamwork, analytical high thinking skills,
• High levels of problem solving skills, able to take responsibility,
• Preferably experienced in information and technology law, financial technologies law.

Responsibilities

• Taking an active role in all legal processes of the company,
• Reviewing, preparing and revising contracts,
• Taking part in the processes of harmonizing company policies and procedures with legal regulations to get it,
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents,
• Following litigation processes when necessary, coordinating with external consultants,
• Keeping track of regulatory and legislative changes, informing the company and taking actions to minimize risks.
