Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in after-sales services, product management, or technical support
• Customer-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Aptitude for sales of products & services of after sales solutions
• Team player with proficiency in MS Office and a good command of English
• Residency in Istanbul

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP and CRM systems
• Project/product management experience
• Experience in construction or industrial machinery is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital products, tracking systems, RFID, Barcode, IoT, ERP, and WMS is a plus.
• Technical skills and a keen interest in the latest technologies and developments, especially in digital areas such as software, AI, and sensor technologies

What You'll Do:

• Service Product Management: Oversee and manage service products in the after-sales services department.
• Fleet Tracking Systems: Manage fleet tracking systems and digital products used in forklifts.
• Product Development: Monitor and report on the development of existing products and services.
• Market Research: Identify and research new, functional products that are easy to implement.
• Customer Loyalty: Develop solutions to enhance customer loyalty through value-oriented strategies.
• Training & Development: Create training materials, organize training sessions, and follow up on training processes.
• Marketing & Communication: Develop and manage presentations, brochures, and media materials for products and services.
• Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with internal and external suppliers for additional components.
• Customer Engagement: Participate in customer visits and collaborate with sales teams during sales and project development.
