We are looking for a “Sales Lead” to join our Co-work team who will:
Responsibilities:
- Make and follow up the sales of products and services in line with monthly targets
- Visit to identify new members and expand the existing member portfolio regularly
- Increase existing loyalty and satisfaction, introduce new products and meet with members
- Manage relations with small / medium-sized corporate members effectively
- Follow and report after-sales transactions
- Prepare and send end of day reports
- Provide pre- and post-sales corporate services or directing members to relevant departments in order to achieve targeted member satisfaction
- Implement campaigns and loyalty programs for the corporate member portfolio
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business-related field,
- 3-4 years of experiece in field sales processes
- Proven performance in field sales
- Be able to make daily, weekly and monthly sales plans in line with their targets, implement them in the field, and provide rapid adaptation to new products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Good at prioritizing workload, handling multiple tasks at once, and having strong attention to details and accuracy and integrity while completing tasks on time
- Giving importance to teamwork and team spirit
- Strong human relations and negotiation skills, high persuasiveness,
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint is plus,
