QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably graduated from tourism and hotel management or related departments of universities,
• Preferably knows English and fidelio,
• Good command of Office programmes,
• At least 1 year of experience in hotel reservation unit,
• Online reservation system is mastered,
• Strong communication skills,
• Will be able to adapt to team work,

• To be responsible for the sale of hotel rooms
• Attentive and sensitive to the needs of the guests
• Preparing the best offer with maximum revenue and transforming the business through regular communication with guests
• Handle guest complaints, solve problems and manage stress
• Ensuring communication with other departments (Finance, Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, F&B) to provide excellent service to our guests
• Coordinate business relations with agencies/partners
• Receiving, evaluating and responding to all room reservations in a timely manner in accordance with hotel standards, making payment follow-ups
