Lignadecor is a leading company in plastics sector. We are a manufacturer of Edgebanding and Melamine Papers for the furniture and wood-based panels industries.

We operate out of our modern plant located in Istanbul, Turkey, with a team of 300 people.

With an annual production level of 14,000 tons, we are the second largest producer of edgebanding in Turkey and the fifth largest in Europe. With an annual capacity of 75 million square meters, we are the largest independent impregnator in Eastern Europe.

Our focus is to replicate our success in export marketing. As a testament to our expansion this year, we exported more than two-thirds of our production to 50 countries around the world. We strive to give our customers impeccable quality and service at prices that will help them increase their bottom-line.

Now, we are looking for an EXPORT OPERATION SPECIALIST to support our international business and be responsible for the following processes.

As an Export Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating all export activities for our company. You will work closely with internal teams, customers, and international partners to ensure smooth and efficient shipment of goods across borders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in export logistics, customs regulations, and international trade.

• Experience:
• Bachelor or master’s degree from a reputable university
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within a Production company

• has in-depth knowledge of export documentation, customs clearance processes, and international shipping regulations.

What will you do:

• Coordinating  and manage the end-to-end export process, from order receipt to delivery.
• Preparing  and reviewing  export documentations.
• Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and export laws.
• Communicating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics partners to resolve any issues that arise during the export process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of export regulations, tariff codes, and international shipping best practices.
• Monitoring shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.Ensure communication with relevant public institutions and organizations
• Working closely with the sales and customer service teams to guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction.
