Performance Marketing Specialist– Mackolik

Location: Kadıköy / Istanbul

About the Position:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. This role involves analyzing ad performance, conducting A/B tests, and collaborating with the creative team to maximize ROI and user acquisition. Responsibilities:

·       Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns.

·       Analyze ad accounts to maximize ROI and drive user acquisition.

·       Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.

·       Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives. Collaborate with the creative team to improve campaign performance.

·       Use tools like Adjust and GA4 for performance tracking and strategy adjustments.

Requirements:

·       Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing.

·       Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid platforms.

·       Knowledge of Adjust is a must; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
