We are looking for a Sales Support, Order Processing Engineer (Mechanical) for our German-based and multinational client, who manufactures electronic drive systems and operates globally with 48 subsidiaries in 6 countries and sales partners in over 50 countries.

PS: Candidates who do not have transportation issues to Tuzla are preferred.

Sales Support, Order Processing Engineer ( Mechanical )

Qualifications:

* Associates or Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent experience

* Minimum of 3 years of sales & engineering experience on industrial products

* Fluent English in written and spoken,

* Result oriented with excellent communication & interpersonal skills

ERP Software background (Preferably SAP)

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications,

* Strong understanding of the customer relationship.

* Able to manage and motivate, Ability to multi-task

* Technically adapt, good problem solving skills

* Self-motivated, creative, adaptable and assertive

Job Purpose:

Responsible for receiving and processing incoming work orders.

Key Tasks:

* Performs accurate and timely entry of customer order into SAP order processing system.

* Verify daily processing of all operational aspects of sales orders

* Organizing order processing, with perfect communication with clients and external sales team

* Collaboration with headquarter to meet customer requirement from order entry to shipment.

* Follow up orders and coordinate deliveries for customers.

* Prepare and manage quotations received by dedicated clients

* Internal Back-up of external sales team

* Receiving customer complaints and tracking the results.

* Follow up offers and inquiries for the specific customers considering deadlines.

Requirements:

* Domestic and international travel

* Preferably residing in Istanbul Anatolian

* Military service must be completed for male candidates

* Knowledge of common industrial product

* Understanding customer applications

* Meeting customer requirement and expectation

* Eager to learning
