Maxx Royal Bodrum Resort, which is known for its wide vision and always open to development; is looking for 'F&B RESERVATIONS AGENT'' who has the following qualification.

Features That The Candidate Should Have:

• Requires a mınımum of B2 level of English and willing to learn or understand basic-technical Turkish language. Knowledge of Russian language is a huge advantage.
• The Reservations Agent is required to conduct his/her duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with Maxx Royal Bodrum policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Handle all F&B inquiries coming through phone, e-mails and online platforms.
• Maintain an organized reservation system to maximize seating efficiency.
• Handle bookings for all F&B outlets before the outlets are open.
• Provide customers with any required information related to all F&B outlets,menu offerings, promotions and special events.
• Update and maintain guest profiles and reservation records in the database.
• Forward, discuss and analyse guest feedback with the superior to continuously improve the experience for guests. 

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

• Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
• Requires good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Have a strong working knowledge of F&B and Reservation department.
• Have a strong reservation systems knowledge.
• Must be eager to adapt and be a fast learner.
• Good knowledge in using MS World, Excel and Power Point, Micros
• Good knowledge in Seven rooms and Seven Rooms settings
