We are looking for a 'Global Marketing and Communications Senior Specialist' for the global automotive sub-industry company operating in Manisa for which we are providing consultancy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree,
• B2B marketing, branding knowledge,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant job positions,
• Social media, influencer relations (B2B automotive) experience,
• Excellent command of English,
• Experience with digital marketing, event coordination, sales training and market research,
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications,
• No obstacle to international travel,
• Experienced in automotive or automotive sub-industry marketing,
• Analytical mindset with execution ability,
• Live / willing to live in Manisa, Izmir,
• Completed military service (for male candidates).

Job Description:

• Track and manage the marketing budget, optimizing spend for maximum ROI,
• Conduct market research on competitors and customer buying behaviors,
• Oversee product imagery organization and storage,
• Monitor and report on key marketing performance indicators (KPIs),
• Administer Brand Ambassador programs and cooperative marketing initiatives,
• Support participation in industry events, trade shows, and distributor training sessions,
• Maintain and update core marketing materials (catalogs, presentations, digital content).
