We are currently looking for an Channel Sales Representative to join ourNutrition team.

Location: Ankara

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Channel Sales Representative you will have the following responsibilities;

Develop the pharma channel  and achieve sales volume and value target in assigned pharmacies via active account management, detailing to pharmacies and customer development.                                                    

Analyse and address the gaps/opportunities in the customers and collect orders ensuring that pharmacies have right portfolio with a right level of stocks. Identifying stock outs and needed products, informing the pharmacy and negotiating with pharmacy ensuring buying decision and putting orders into the system.                                                 

execute visibility targets in assigned pharmacies, POP control and application to shelf and ensure PICOS implementations.                                              

Track stock levels of assigned pharmacies with organizing SMA shelf on the pharmacy, controlling products avilability and their expiry date and implementing FIFO control on the pharmacies.                                                  

Advocacy: ensure advocacy towards Nestle Infant Nutrition and services with all stakeholders. It includes pharmacists and pharmacy employees. During detailing, apply the acquired skills and incorporate the knowledge of Nestle products, Nutrition, the territory dynamics and HCP profile and contribute to long-term and trusted relationships.                                               

Collobrate with Speciality channel manager and CDT to ensure availability and visibility of our products on the field and pharmacies.                                                     

Adhere to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and Legal regulations

Compliance: ensure that all activities comply with the WHO International Code for the marketing of Breastmilk substitutes as implemented by Nestle Policy and Procedures and the local Management System.

Comply with Nestlé’s strictest requirements that they will not seek contact with, or give advice to pregnant women, or mothers of infants and young children regarding Infant Formula in their business capacity.

Which profile are we looking for?

University Degree with the prefence of commercial experience

Preference in experience in pharmacies and hospital sales with detailing
