Technical Support Long Term Trainee

Now, we are looking for a Long Term Trainee for 10 months period for our Office in Istanbul to join us and enjoy being a part of our success and growth in Turkey and MENA Region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Associate degree or preferably university student from departments of Control /Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Willing technical support to customers remotely
• Having knowledge about automation products such as PLCs, Frequency Inverters, Servo Systems and Motion Controllers
• Able to understand technical manuals, specification and having troubleshooting skills
• Able to create technical documentations,
• Able to manage customers issues on the phone

 REQUIREMENTS

• University student of 3nd and final year from departments of Electrical / Electronics / Control / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering,
• Avaible at least 3 days a week,
• Analytical thinking and problem solving,
• Organized and using time effectively,
• Fluent written and spoken English,
• Knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Having good communication skill,
