We are seeking an experienced "IT Software and Data Specialist" to join our "Sanshine Digital Solutions" company as part of the ongoing Digital Transformation project within Sanko Holding group companies.

"The position is based in Güneşli, Istanbul."

Qualifications

• Graduated from relevant university departments (Industrial, Computer, Mathematics, Business Engineering, etc.)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Software and Data Management
• Proficient in MS SQL and SSIS
• Preferably experienced in at least one of the following programming languages: .Net, Python, R
• Familiarity with Power BI is a plus
• Knowledge of PLC S7, WinCC, and TIA Portal interfaces is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• No travel restrictions
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and representation ability

Job Description

• Execute ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
• Collaborate with software developers and business analysts to understand data requirements and provide solutions
• Collect, process, and store large volumes of data
• Participate in Business Intelligence projects
• Possess knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) systems, including SCADA, PLCs, and MES, and integrate OT and IT systems to enhance operations and efficiency
• Support the self-service BI initiative to empower business units
• Develop and improve automation systems (e.g., SCADA) used in Sanko Energy
• Contribute to data collection, monitoring, and control processes for SCADA systems
• Design and manage database tables, views, stored procedures, and triggers
• Collect, clean, and load data from various sources into target databases
• Develop new software projects and update existing projects based on business needs
