Your Profile – What do You bring as Tax Leader?

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax accounting or related field
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Proficiency in tax software and financial accounting systems
• Strong SAP knowledge
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Your Tasks – What You can expect asTax Leader?

• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liabilities
• Prepare and file tax returns for federal, state, and local government authorities
• Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and advise senior leadership on potential impacts to the company
• Coordinate with external auditors and advisors to support tax audits and inquiries
• Analyze financial data to identify tax planning opportunities and risks
• Provide tax guidance and support to other departments within the company
• Participate in cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business decisions
• Train and mentor junior tax team members
