We are looking for a structured and organized Quality Assurance Exec who will bring his/her determination and experience to be a part of our dynamic and globally growing organization.

THE JOB : Reporting to CEO  

•        Coordinating all internal and external plans, activities related to the establishment, maintenance, training and development of Quality Function and Culture  
•        Managing all quality processes from entry to final control with procedures, instructions and applications,
•        Setting and following the company’s quality targets, reports on ERP (IFS) and creating necessary records, analysis, evaluations and actions on regular basis,
•        Evaluating customer complaints and establishing the coordination of corrective and preventive actions,
•        Planning and conducting internal control / audit actions and developing, following corrective plan standarts and production KPI development,
•        Leading and developing the Quality team,
•        Following and coordinating problem solving, trouble shooting processes and actions in production with technical and operational departments,
•        Controlling Project based documentation and process controls.

THE PERSON ;

• Bachelor's degree from Industrial or Mechanical Engineering departments of reputable universities,
• Min.5 years of Quality management and 10 years of total Quality experience in an export focused Industrial/Manufacturing environment,
• Experience in Quality processes and machining production methods preferably in automotive or similar sectors,
• Knowledge & Experience in Certification  (TSE, CE, UL, vb.) and (ISO, TS, OHSAS…)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, data-driven thinking; excellent in working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets with advanced knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Strong planning and organizing skills, team work orientation, excellent communication, coordination skills with a high level of energy and eagerness to take initiative,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Turkish as a MUST
• Residing in Ümraniye, Ataşehir, Maltepe, Kartal, Pendik, Tuzla, Kurtköy ve Kocaeli / Gebze, Dilovası, Çayırova, Körfez, Derince region or willing to relocate,
• Male candidates must have completed the military service.
