          Job Description

• PLM (Project Life Mgt) and EOP (End of Project) Mgt.
• Finishing Capacity Calculations for the new projects
• Leading final Layout studies for New Projects
• Leading Process Flows
• Support to DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) studies
• PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) studies
• Prototypes production
• R@R (Run at Rate) Activities
• SOP + 6 months tracking
• Training operators of the new project until SOP
• Customer Audit readiness and support to Quality and CPM during project phases
• Open Point Lists of operations for the New projects
• ECR (Engineering Change Request) by the Customer, realization and trials
• Manage the finishing operation acc.to the cubing activities for the New projects and ECR's.
• Capex and Project budget for New Projects and ECRs
• Optimization Machinery and support to Machinery database
• Start-up and launch Cost tracking
• Finishing Operational Cost Studies acc. to VCM of the project
• Poka Yoke Mgt within the plant for new project and support for Serial productions
• R&D trials and New Product Project trials
• Coordination between CPM and the plant for new projects
• CER form creations and Purchasing Request creation, follow up
• Fine Tuning of the molds, transfer machines etc; preparation for serial Production
• Shopfloor Management of the new projects
• Shopfloor OP Blue collar managent and coordination of the New Products
• Implementing trials / trial actions and focus on Trial Scraps budget
• Support to for Machinery Specifications and Preacceptance/Final Acceptances
• Support to Finishing operations (eg. notching knives etc.) in Online finishing

            Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• At least 5 year experience in Automotive Industry and related position
• Preferably to have knowledge about  16949 Quality Sytems , FMEA, PPAP, APQP
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is must, German is plus
• Able to positively persuade, convince and impress others in order to achieve results.
• To have strong Leadership, Decision-making, Time management, Analytic reasoning and Communication skills
• No military obligation for male candidates
