Now we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who has the following criteria and will add strength to our team.

Job Description

  • Manages recruitment process from beginning to end of our projects we carry out on behalf of global brands within a high volume, fast paced environment

  • Conducts telephone, video or technical interviews and assign the process to hiring managers

  • Maintains a candidate database and prepare various reports to Talent Acquisition Team Leader on a regular basis

  • Communicates with the team to identify future job vacancies, forecast hiring demands

  • Build effective working relationships with local Hiring Managers

  • Provides the candidates with the best experience during the hiring process and supports the candidate consideration process at all stages

  • Promotes the mission, vision, and culture of TELUS Digital

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or current study in Human Resources, Psychology or related area will count as an advantage

  • Advanced level English language proficiency is a must, additional language is a big plus

  • Enthusiastic for a career in Talent Acquisition department

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Strong, driven and enthusiastic work ethic

  • Demonstrated understanding of the current employment market

  • Proficiency with web-based recruiting systems, internet tools and direct sourcing methods (i.e. LinkedIn, Databases, Social Media, etc) is preferred

  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace is preferred
