Tiryakiler Group of Companies is an institutionalized family-owned business and all of its shares belong to the Tiryaki Family. We act according to the requirements of the market and our customers and provide services such as local assembly, local warehouse management or similar practices. Our ability to act globally and think locally is ensured by working with local teams in the countries we operate.

Currently, the countries where we carry out production and/ or assembly operations locally consist of Turkey, Russia, Italy and Egypt. We continue to work on the establishment of a local assembly facility in Europe. We organize and manage logistics warehouse operations in America, Germany and Italy in order to provide our customers with JIS (Just-In-Sequence) or JIT (Just-In-Time) services at their global locations.

Tirsan Kardan is currently looking for “Customer Quality Engineer” team member for its growing organization.

  • Graduated from related engineering departments (preferably Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering ),
  • 2 years of practical experience in quality area,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Experience with ISO standards with specific knowledge in ISO 9001 and IATF 16949,
  • Good knowledge and practical experience in the problem-solving toolbox (FMEA, 8D analysis, APQP, PPAP and 8D process, etc.),
  • Problem solving attitude and very good communication skills
  • Using MS Office programs at good level.
  • Automotive industry experience


1) Job Description:

  • Monitoring and reporting quality metrics,
  • Leading corrective action studies in the format determined according to the specific requests of the relevant customer for customer complaints, conducting root cause analyses using methods such as 5W-Fishbone diagram, preparing corrective-preventive action reports, monitoring and managing actions
  • Checking that Tirsan Kardan Process controls are performed appropriately, contributing to problem solutions within the scope of continuous development activities in case of non-conformance,
  • Monitoring the up-to-dateness of specific requests of relevant customers and managing the necessary activities,
  • Performing activities when necessary by checking customer portals at specified frequencies and monitoring customer quality performance data,
  • Taking an active role in customer and certification audits and leading corrective activities
  • Making control plans in accordance with the operation cards and ensuring their up-to-dateness.
  • Participating in FMEA studies as a team member,
  • Leading the preparation of customer PPAP files in the first samples to be presented to customers and providing portal entries if necessary,
