QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Titanic Hotels, which has become one of the leading brands of tourism in Turkey in a short time by blending Turkish hospitality with the understanding of superior quality, is the chain hotel brand of AYG Group of Companies, whose foundations were laid with a restaurant in Berlin in 1970 and has been in the tourism sector since 1993. Adopting a stable growth strategy, Titanic Hotels has managed to make the Titanic brand popular not only in our country but also in the international arena, with its hotels that are both investors and operators in Istanbul, Antalya, Bodrum and Berlin.
Titanic Hotels has 13 hotels with a total capacity of 5600 rooms, including 5 hotels in Istanbul, 3 hotels in Antalya, 1 hotel in Bodrum and 4 in Berlin, the capital of Germany.
"BUTLER"
We have convoke you to work as a "Butler" in the F&B department of our TITANIC LUXURY COLLECTION BODRUM hotel operating in the Muğla region of our TITANIC HOTELS brand, which is an international brand in hotel management.
GENERAL QULIFICATIONS
· Preferably university, Tourism Vocational School or Tourism Vocational High School graduate.
· Fluent in professional English, preferably with second language knowledge of Russian and German.
· Minumum in the international hotel industry. Having 2 years experience.
· Guest satisfaction oriented employee.
· High planning and organizational skills.
· Paying attention to appearance and personal hygiene.
· Able to adapt to shift working system.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Welcomes the guests who will stay at Titanic Luxury Collection Bodrum Villas, meets the guests and informs them that they will serve them throughout their stay.
· Ensures guest satisfaction by constantly monitoring guests throughout their stay in the Villas and meeting all their requests and needs.
· Provides daily reports to the Villa Manager and Villa Deputy Manager regarding the general situation and guest satisfaction.
· Provides services in accordance with Buggy usage rules in the Service and Work areas.
· The guest is responsible for the buggy service and provides service with the buggy in line with the guest's request.
· Ensures effective promotion of in-house sales by having optimum knowledge of all hotel services and opening hours and promotions of all Food and Beverage outlets.
· Taking over from the previous shift, it ensures that all necessary information is shared at the beginning of the shift regarding work volume, VIP guests, to-be and completed tasks and special events.
